Established in 2005, Infineon Technologies Romania engages more than 400 engineers in the development of semiconductor products for automotive, industrial and digital security applications and is acknowledged as a global competence center for the development of sensors and integrated digitally enhanced power semiconductor products.
In 2022, Infineon Technologies Romania has expanded with a new R&D office in Iasi, located in Iulius Group’s Palas Iași complex. Infineon engineers working here create semiconductor solutions for the automotive industry.
In July 2022 NoBug Consulting became part of Infineon Technologies adding leading expertise in digital verification of complex System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions for consumer, industrial and automotive applications.
This year Infineon is hosting a Summer Practice program for students in Iasi.
